Refunds

Sweet & Salted confections are sold through our store at shop.sweetandsalted.co, which is operated on Shopify. Refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled there, under the store’s policies, and apply at checkout.

Because our confections are fresh, handmade, perishable food, returns work differently than they do for ordinary goods. The store’s refund policy explains exactly what we can do if an order arrives damaged or is not right — please reach out and we will make it right.
